Hotel Caumartin Opera - Astotel

We had lovely beds and enough room for the three of us, and the team were kind and helpful. It was also handy to leave our luggage for the rest of the day after checkout. The location worked really well for our trip, very close to the opéra garnier. Breakfast at the Caumartin Astotel was delicious and filling every morning, with great quality and lots of choice. We loved the stay and hope to come back to Paris.

Heidi at the front desk made the stay feel like home with her warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The hotel is right in the Opera district, steps from Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette, with three major metro stations nearby. My room was charming and spotless, with air conditioning that made a real difference on warmer days. I slept very well in the comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spacious, with plenty of space for my luggage. I’d happily stay here again when I return to Paris.

We appreciated being able to leave our bags, check in flexibly, and grab something at the snack bar. The hotel is easy to reach from the Metro and sits in a discreet spot away from noise and crowds, with bars and restaurants with lovely terraces right across the way. The staff were friendly, and the price felt excellent for what we got. We’d definitely come back. Special thanks to the young man who checked that the man taking my three-year-old daughter upstairs was definitely my husband. We had arrived separately, and he’d only seen me with her. In this crazy world, we rely on each other to protect our children from harm. ♡

Some of our higher-value personal belongings were stolen on the last day of our stay. The hotel did nothing to compensate us or put the situation right.
