Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse

There are great bakeries right by the hotel, lots of shops, and the area feels quiet and friendly. The neighborhood has everything you need. Metro lines 4 and 6 and the B are well connected from here, so most Paris attractions are within a 30-minute ride. You can also walk for an hour, which I prefer. The hotel itself was fine, with very good, useful service. Rooms are small, but that’s typical for Paris.

The team were friendly and ready to help, and they made our stay much easier. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Our room was a bit small, but clean and well kept. It’s in a great location, too. The breakfast policy was the one disappointment. As a Best Western Platinum member, I expected breakfast to be complimentary, as it had been for me at other Best Western hotels, including in Italy. Here I was told it wasn’t included.

I was there for one night and found the stay comfortable. The room was small compared with other hotels, but the location was excellent, right opposite bus 68, which goes to all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet had a good range of fruit, cheese, meats, and breads. The coffee vending machine and little snacks in the lobby were a nice touch.

We had two rooms for four days, and both were clean and excellent. The hotel felt cozy, the staff were pleasant, and the area felt safe with easy access to most things while traveling as a family. We'd definitely stay again if we get the chance.
