Printania Hotel

The room was clean and bright, and the staff were fantastically friendly even though my French was bad. The location was perfect, only steps from the metro. You can take Line 1 and reach the Louvre in under 20 minutes. A brilliant stay with everything we needed for a comfortable few nights. Many thanks :)

There are several supermarkets and bakeries down the street, plus some pretty good, cheap restaurants. The view was nice, and the metro was only a few minutes away, making it easy to reach the city centre. In June, having a fan in the room was kind of a lifesaver. Paris is expensive, so the room price seemed normal, but 12 €for breakfast felt steep. There was no mini fridge, and some rooms don’t have windows, so you can’t air them out. Our shower had mold. We told the staff, who said they’d clean it, but it didn’t really make a difference.

The staff were really helpful, and the room was good, if a bit small. It was fine for two people. There’s no elevator, so good luck if you’re on the fourth or third floor :D. You could hear footsteps all over the place when someone used the stairs, but it wasn’t that bad. I’ll visit again if I go to Paris. Thank you very much!

The location was great, with a station a three to five minute walk away. The rooms are very, very tiny and there’s no A-C, so this isn’t the place if you want luxury. If you’re after a comfortable place to sleep, I do recommend it. Everything else was just okay. There’s NO LIFT, so if, like me, you have a lot of luggage and your room is on the fourth floor, prepare for a bit of exercise. The staff were really friendly and spoke English and a little Spanish. Even the guy at reception requested a taxi for us at 4am and stayed there when it arrived to make sure everything was alright.
