The hair dryer would run for a few seconds, then stop and need a while before it worked again, so drying my hair was difficult. That was the only issue we had. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. We had a comfortable stay in a lovely neighborhood and would happily come back to Paris. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Being able to leave our bags at the hotel on Dec 31 and collect them after watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks was a huge help. We’d arrived early after a tiring flight expecting only to store our luggage, but the staff let us check in at 9:30 AM even though the usual time is 2 PM. Reception were so welcoming, and they offered late checkout and luggage storage too. One person even made us tea when we asked for hot water. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

The metro is right outside, and I was at the Louvre in about 20 minutes. I loved the spacious room and the great shower, and breakfast was lovely too. Had a great stay, and I’ll be back :)

Housekeeping kept the room tidy every day, and it was clean and comfortable throughout my visit. Everything worked as it should apart from the air conditioning, which didn’t work the way I expected. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were attentive and kind, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe, shops, restaurants, bus stops, and metro stations.
