The bathroom needs to be cleaner.

You can hear everything from the hallway and the neighboring bedrooms. The soundproofing is practically nonexistent, and sleep was almost impossible. There are no blinds on the skylight, either, so the room never gets properly dark, even at night. The TV isn't connected to the internet. The apartment feels neglected and poorly maintained. It smelled of damp and sewage when we arrived, both in the bathroom and in the stairwell, which reeks of the garbage room. The bathtub leaks, the furniture is worn and dirty, the overall cleanliness is questionable, and the sliding bathroom door won't close. The concierge sends 46,000 automatic messages that are literally useless... in short, NAKED. It's frankly shameful to offer a rental in this condition. Absolutely avoid.

Third floor, no elevator and no air conditioning. The building entrance is keyless, so someone could get into the room. The door button is tiny and unreliable. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The photos look great, but the place is COMPLETELY different in reality. The floors and walls were dirty and dusty, with bloody snot on one wall, pubic hairs in the shower, and squashed mosquitoes still stuck to the wall. The body wash was a bar that left my skin dry, just a €2 bar for two people for five days. To see the listing, search for the same name on Booking.com. You'll see the difference.

The lockbox made check-in and check-out easy, though the staircase is narrow and there isn't a lift. The host was quick to reply and very helpful, even bringing us a fan for the room. The apartment is small but well equipped, with plenty of utensils, a kettle, coffee machine, iron and plates. The furniture was new, though the walls and floors could have been cleaner.
