Ambre at the front desk was warm, professional, and helpful, and Emma made drinks during the night fest. She was the best. The location at Courtyard Gare de Lyon was perfect for getting around and exploring Paris, and the hospitality throughout our stay was wonderful. Five stars for the location and service. We'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

The city view from our room was great, and the front desk staff were so polite. A young woman called Cloe, I think, was especially nice, what a smile. She should be the Bonvoy example for everyone. We liked the room and the drinks we were served, plus there was espresso in the room. Great hotel, and we'll be back.

The bathroom design could be better, but the amenities and location were excellent. What really stood out was the staff, every person was courteous and smiling. Marie deserves a special mention for recognizing my Gold status and arranging a super late checkout. One of the best Courtyard Marriott hotels out there.

My room was clean and made good use of the space, and it was ready early before I arrived. The hotel is an easy walk of less than two minutes from the metro, and I could take the train in from CDG. Staff were friendly and even helped me find a couture kit, a sewing kit. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great stay. Our room was spacious and quiet, and the staff were kind and supportive. The neighborhood was lovely, with lots of shops and services nearby.
