The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, with a really relaxing atmosphere. Everything was organized smoothly, and the service was excellent throughout. Ratna and Diana at reception deserve a special thank-you. They were welcoming, very friendly and professional from the moment I arrived, and their helpful attitude made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I'd absolutely come back and recommend the place.

The children were so comfortable and happy here, which made the stay especially good for our family. The staff were caring and welcoming from the moment we came in and reached reception. That attention to detail made everything feel easy and enjoyable. Thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Mazhar, and the wonderful team, Marwan, Zina, Ratna, and Salim, for their kindness, professionalism and support throughout our stay. Highly recommended. I'd stay here again.

We had two bad nights because of maintenance noise in the building. When I reported it to reception, they said they hadn't heard anything and there was nothing on the schedule. It happened again the next morning, and then they said the noise was unfortunately coming from another building, Zara. The woman at the desk was nice and offered to move us to a room with a different view, then upgrade us to a large suite for the last two nights. But after nobody believed me from day one, and asked me to record a video to prove what I was saying, that felt like a step backwards. I spoke with the deputy manager. She tried her best to get us to stay, but none of the options worked for us. I asked for a full refund and she refused. It felt like negotiating back and forth over whether we'd get a refund for three days, four days, or the whole stay, which was weird. I hated being in that situation, so I decided to leave, with all due respect to them. I won't be back.

Imtiyaz especially stood out for his professionalism and attention to detail. He handled every request quickly and with a smile. The whole team provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. I had an exceptional stay from start to finish.
