Jeff Hotel Paris

Our key card opened several other guest rooms as well as our own. We accidentally walked into occupied rooms, which means someone could potentially enter any room at any time. It was frightening and a serious breach of privacy, especially for women travelling alone. We reported it to reception, but staff gave unclear and contradictory explanations and didn’t handle it professionally. They avoided giving us a real answer instead of taking responsibility. We felt unsafe for the rest of the stay and couldn’t trust that our room or belongings were secure. This was a dangerous failure of basic hotel security, not a small inconvenience. We’ve reported the incident to the authorities. Avoid Jeff Hotel if your safety, privacy, and peace of mind matter to you.

Clean sheets and towels arrived every day, and the location was a great deal: lots of shops and restaurants nearby, plus three metro lines. You can get pretty much anywhere in 15 minutes at most. The mattresses and pillows could use replacing, though, as they weren’t very comfortable.

The room was pretty small, but the location is amazing and it felt like good value for the price. People mention the tiny elevator, but we found it fun and entertaining, haha. The woman at reception was lovely, so kind and nice!

There are three different metro stations nearby and plenty of restaurants around, so the location is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a hairdryer in it was a big plus. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast is a useful option too, with what you need before heading out to explore Paris. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
