The area is great for walking around, and transport links make it easy to get elsewhere in the city for sightseeing and shopping. The rooms aren't big, but they're very comfortable, with excellent amenities, proper glassware, good minibar choices, and free bottled water each day. The staff are friendly, capable, and efficient. We had a perfect time and I'll definitely return. 10/10 hospitality.

We had a very comfortable stay over Christmas. Our small room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the chef in particular was great. I'd definitely stay again.

The location made it easy to reach everything, with plenty of food and fun within walking distance. Our room was spacious, gorgeous, and clean. The staff were wonderful and kind the whole time, checked us in early, and kept our luggage on checkout day. This is my home in Paris from now on. 10/10!

I'm in Paris every year, and it was nice to stay in the 9th this time and explore more of the neighbourhood. It's a charming part of town, with the metro very close by. The service and room were impeccable. I'd stay here again.

I was very disappointed by how little flexibility they showed. I had to cancel my trip after discovering at the visa office that my passport was missing a signature, an embassy error completely outside my control. I understand that a refund might not have been possible, but the hotel wouldn't even let me book a future date after the passport issue was sorted out.
