Our triple room had plenty of space, though there was a rather large raised bump in the wooden floor on the way to the bathroom that could be a tripping hazard. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel. It's in a great spot, not far from the RER and Metro. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast had lots of options.

The location was perfect for walking to the landmarks, especially Notre Dame and the Louvre. For the price and location, I'd recommend staying here. Check-in and the stay were easy. I was there for one day. The room was small but cozy, which was enough. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, though the shower worked fine.

The location is good, but I had an awful experience with bedbugs in room 122 and got bitten from head to toe. We took photos and videos, but the man at reception didn't seem interested. He had housekeeping go up to change the sheets and then asked my niece to return to the room and take a look. I've never had anything this bad happen before. If you stay here, check the sheets on your first day. I wish I had.

We were in room 220 from 1 to 4 August 2025, and the stay was very unpleasant. On the second day we found two bugs on the bed. We have photos showing the date and location. We weren't sure at first whether they were bedbugs, so we didn't complain right away. On our last day, I noticed red bumps on my feet and assumed they were mosquito bites. Once home, though, my whole body was covered in itchy bites. A doctor told me they were most likely bedbug bites. I'm seriously concerned we may have brought the insects home. It's extremely stressful and unacceptable for a hotel at this level. I strongly recommend management inspect and properly treat the rooms. No guest should have to go through this. I emailed Home Latin first so they could check the rooms, but I was ignored and got no reply, so I'm posting a review here. The bites weren't just on my leg, they were all over my body.

The room had no air conditioning, so bear that in mind if you visit Paris in summer. You can open the window, and there was a fan in the room. It was a quiet, cozy place. The room wasn't large, but there was enough space and it felt comfortable. Getting around was easy, with bus and metro stations nearby, and it was very close to notra-dame!!!! Breakfast was surprisingly good. Cleaning was minimal: they tucked in the bed and changed the towel, but didn't wash the cup. That was okay, not a big deal.
