Hotel Balmoral

The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were comfortable. There’s a lovely Parisian feel to the hotel, and its central location worked perfectly for us. We especially appreciated how kind, welcoming, and attentive the staff were. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Balmoral Paris and would happily return.

We felt at home here, almost like we were staying with friends. The hotel got in touch a week before we arrived to ask if we had any special requests, and the service was excellent throughout. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Our room was spacious and bright, with a large window overlooking the lovely, quiet little street I’d requested. The bathroom was spacious too, the Haussmann architecture was beautiful, and breakfast was gorgeous. The cozy lounge and breakfast area added to the charm. The hotel is perfectly placed, about two minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, Metro, bus, and RER. Best room I’ve had in Paris.

We spent three nights here in December and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only 50 meters from Etoile and Paris’s famous streets, so the location couldn’t be better. The lobby is chic and comfortable, the breakfast was good with fresh products, and the staff were polite and cooperative. What more do you need?

I left my watch in the room when I checked out, but the hotel responded quickly and handled it very professionally. They kindly arranged to ship it all the way to my home in Saudi Arabia. The management and staff were honest and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. It was a truly trustworthy experience, with a real focus on taking care of customers.
