The staff went out of their way to help us. We needed to exchange money, and the concierge walked us over to the mall, The Champs. He was right about the rate being much better than the places we'd used earlier. Then on checkout day, with the taxis on strike, the front desk called a private car and we made our flight. The room looked good and was clean. The washroom was a nice size, with a tub and a separate stand-up shower, and the toilet had its own little room. Breakfast had a good selection. The hotel is handy for shops and restaurants, and the service was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

We were on our honeymoon, and the front desk guy upgraded us to an incredible suite downstairs. It was beautiful and very comfortable, and the staff treated us so nicely throughout the stay. The hotel is in an excellent location too. We'd gladly come back, even without the much appreciated upgrade.

The staff were really helpful, and I highly recommend this place. The room was clean and just the right size for our weekend in Paris. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the duck was quite good. The bar was superb too, with a man playing piano for entertainment.

We stayed here a couple of years ago on our last Paris trip and would highly recommend it. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone spoke English and was very helpful to us as American tourists. The hotel has a nice courtyard and rooms, is close to metro stations, and is within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe.

We had no air conditioning during our June stay, even though the hotel advertises it. The room was so hot that we sweated the whole time and couldn't sleep. The hotel couldn't or wouldn't fix it, and the front desk didn't seem to care. They also wouldn't offer any discount on the over 3,000 Euro we paid for four nights. I wouldn't stay again. It's a few blocks from Champs Elysee, and getting there means passing a couple of “gentlemen's clubs,” which isn't great with kids.
