There’s no elevator. When I checked in, a staff member said they’d help carry my luggage, and I agreed to stay on that understanding. But when I asked the next morning, another staff member refused and rudely told me to carry it myself. If luggage help can’t be reliably provided, guests should be told clearly beforehand. The conflicting information and unfriendly attitude left a disappointing end to my stay.

A great pied-à-terre for a long weekend in Paris. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location fantastic. It’s reasonably priced, too.

The room and bathroom were quite small, probably about as large as the building’s structure allows. There’s no elevator, so heavy luggage could be a challenge. The receptionist kindly offered to help with my bag, which I appreciated, though I carried it myself. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided an iron and ironing board when I asked. It’s in a great, safe location.

Small, boutique hotel, but we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and a good size, and the location was excellent. Reception staff were friendly. Just be aware there’s no elevator.
