It's a safe, fun district, and there are a mini market and pharmacy close by. The nearest public transport stations aren't too far, and the Eiffel Tower is also within reach. Breakfast was a big plus, standard but good. The keyless entry system is very useful.

We stayed for 3 nights and found the rooms spacious and comfortable, with views into the inner garden. It was quiet and easy to rest there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even though our French was limited. The neighborhood is quiet and well placed, with metro and bus stops very close and plenty of restaurants within a 5' walk. Breakfast was very basic, though I suppose that's fair for what we paid for the rooms. There are lots of extra options at Boulangeries around Paris to make up for anything missing at the hotel.

The room was comfortable, the premises were clean, and I especially appreciated how warmly the staff welcomed us.

Just a 3-minute walk from the metro and 12 minutes on foot to the Eiffel Tower, the location was perfect. The room was fine, nothing special, but I recommend asking for a view over the inner courtyard. We had one, and the view was stunning, with birds singing beautifully. Saturday morning turned into a very unpleasant experience when our bathroom door got stuck. The receptionist tried to help but couldn't get it open, then started calling a locksmith, which took far too long. We eventually managed to open it ourselves with some tools, but it took about an hour. We had early museum tickets and ended up late because of it.
