Breakfast was okay, and the hotel is close to the metro. I didn’t feel comfortable in the neighborhood, though. The room was really cramped with a very low ceiling. It had a bathtub, but I would’ve preferred a shower in such a small space. The tub also felt slippery, especially with so little headroom. It’s a basic place I’d suggest only if you mainly need somewhere to sleep before heading out.

The beds were super comfortable, and we had a decent amount of room. The evening manager was lovely and pointed us toward a great restaurant. But the building feels old and past its best. Our room looked onto a scruffy courtyard, was noisy, and smelled damp. We asked to move but couldn’t. For what’s basically a two-star hotel, it felt too expensive. It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with delicious crepes, eggs, ham, sausages, fruit, and yogurt. Getting around was easy since the hotel is right by the subway. There are some stairs to climb before you reach the elevator, though. Our room was tiny, with hardly any space for belongings, and there was no refrigerator. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities but was small too. The air conditioner was noisy, so we ended up opening the window.

The hotel's main advantage is its central spot near buses and the metro. The breakfast was decent, with some healthy choices, but there was no hot food or fresh-squeezed orange juice. I had to boil the eggs myself, and the boiler was set too low. The room was cold until I turned on the heater. Its old air conditioner made a lot of noise, and the room also faced a noisy air pipe that ran day and night. The room wasn’t clean or comfortable. There was no proper wardrobe or chair, just an impractical metal stool. The soap felt very harsh on my skin and looked like dish soap. The hotel seemed understaffed, with no one available to help in the kitchen or reception area. It was neither good nor bad, but the location is what makes it worthwhile.
