Limehome Paris Montmartre

The neighborhood around the hotel gets really noisy, with lots of people shouting outside, though I could still sleep after a long day. Inside, the rooms are very nice and have everything you need. The coded safety doors are a great feature, and the shower water is hot when you need it. I really recommend this hotel.

The apartment had more space and comfort than nearby hotels at the same price, so I'd happily book it again for work or a family trip. It's central enough to walk to a café or bakery, and the Metro is only a few minutes away. When I asked by chat for extra towels and a late checkout, support replied within minutes. Everything worked smoothly: the Wi-Fi handled calls, the smart TV was easy to use, and the digital check-in codes arrived on time and opened the door on the first try. The apartment was spotless and quiet, with hotel-quality linens, blackout shades, a strong shower, and good soundproofing. I actually slept well. The kitchenette had a proper coffee machine, kettle, fridge, and hob for a quick breakfast, plus a washer-dryer, which was a huge help on a multi-day stay.

There isn't a reception area or staff waiting when you arrive, which was a surprise at first. You head straight to your room. Inside, it's modern, with a lovely bathroom and lots of useful things: a sink, dishes and cutlery, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, large refrigerator, iron, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning and heating with modern controls. Two metro lines stop right outside. Excellent value for money.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. The first visit was very good. The second showed just how nonexistent customer service can be. For all five nights, an automatic light in the closet stayed on and lit up the whole room, making it almost impossible to sleep. I reported it every day, both by email and at reception. Each day I was told the technical department had handled it, but the light kept staying on. After five nights there was still no fix, follow-up, or compensation. The technical fault itself could happen anywhere. What I can't accept is the complete lack of support or consideration. I paid several hundred euros and couldn't sleep, while no one took responsibility for a problem I'd raised every single day. It's a shame, because the hotel has potential, but what stays with me is customer service's silence.
