The rooms had no windows, which was inconvenient, and they got too hot because the AC was off in January. They did offer us fans, which helped. A nice extra for fellow Arabs: the bathrooms have bidets. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated, in a lively area near the Eiffel Tower. Staff were very helpful when I had an issue with the bed. They walked me back to the room, showed me the other options, and made sure I could choose. I had a good stay overall, about a solid 7/10.

The room was quiet even though it faced the road, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped, with plenty of soaps, and the room had everything I needed, including a very good iron. I liked the design too. For a work trip, the hotel suited me really well. Staff were always around and helpful, including letting me use the fitness suite to shower when I arrived early and my room wasn't ready. The fitness area and hammam were clean and nicely equipped, though simple. You need to give them 15 minutes' notice to heat the hammam. It was rarely used, which seemed fine to me, and preferable to one running constantly in a busy space. It's near Trocadero, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Eiffel Tower. The area isn't my personal favorite in Paris, though that's just taste, and every part of the city is amazing. I do wish there were a quiet private spot for business guests, without the restaurant music. There was plenty of basement fitness space that could have worked for that. I'd readily stay again for work and would recommend it for a business trip. It would also be good for leisure if you want to be in this part of Paris.

Dinner next door was a lovely way to end the stay, with comfort and Parisian charm all in one. Our residence was spotless, and the view near the Eiffel Tower was breathtaking. From the doorman's warm bonjour onward, La Clef Tour Eiffel Paris felt quietly elegant. The staff were attentive and gracious from arrival to departure. A truly magnifique stay.

The location is convenient, but that was the only real positive. We booked connecting rooms for our family, and the hotel didn't provide them. Worse, another guest was given the adjacent connecting room, leaving us with no sense of privacy or comfort on our family vacation. Our room also needed maintenance: several lights didn't work and the bathtub was clogged. There isn't an onsite restaurant either. Their “room service” comes from a nearby street restaurant, with an extra 20-euro markup, even though the same food can be ordered through delivery apps without that charge. For the price, the quality, upkeep, and service fell far below what I expected. The convenient location couldn't make up for the stay.
