Le Belgrand Hotel Paris Champs Elysees, Tapestry by Hilton

The hotel has a peaceful, quaint feel, even though the Arc de Triomph is only a short distance away. Soukaina and Karima were lovely hostesses and knew so much about the area. The staff were all friendly and eager to help. My husband brought me from Texas to Paris for my birthday, and they surprised me with pretty balloons and a birthday message in our room. Such a nice touch.

Our room looked out onto an office building where people across the street were designing clothes. It was interesting to see a bit of everyday working life in France. This was my first visit to Paris and my first stay at a Tapestry hotel in the Hilton chain, and my friend was there to celebrate my birthday. We’d definitely return. The hotel is lovely and close to the Metro, buses, and a short walk from the intercity bus station. The Arc de Triumph is just a couple of minutes away, and the walk to the Eiffel Tower is beautiful. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the street felt very safe and clean. Salvador welcomed us as Hilton members and gave us water when we arrived. He noticed my birthday on my ID at check-in and congratulated me, which made me feel special. When we checked out, he also watched our bags for a few minutes while we waited for our ride. Thanks to him and the team for being so kind to us. It’s a good fit for either a quick visit or a cozy stay.

I got sick during the stay, and Isabella offered to make me herbal tea. She’d already given me a warm welcome and helped speed up an early check-in after my 18-hour flight. The customer service really stands out. Breakfast was fresh, and Kaldon made the most delicious cappuccino from day one. The rooms are very small, which is normal for Paris, but the bed was great for a good night’s rest. It was raining at the end of my stay, and Karina offered me a lovely complementary tea while I got a little work done in the lobby. Those thoughtful details mean a lot to me as someone who travels globally for work. Merci beaucoup.

We were on vacation for our wedding anniversary, and the team was so accommodating when I got in touch beforehand to arrange a few surprises for my wife. As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, I also received a free upgrade. The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious for Paris, and everyone on staff was wonderful. It’s a great central spot, within an easy walk of anywhere we wanted to go. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back.
