Le Lampika Hôtel

The neighborhood made it easy to settle in, with restaurants, open markets, wine and chocolate shops, and a grocery store just around the block. We booked superior rooms for us and our two kids, and the service was warm and attentive from arrival through checkout. Breakfast was very good, and the rooftop view is amazing. We’re planning to come back.

Paris can be a tough city for finding a hotel, so I’m glad we picked Le Lampika. From Denfert-Rochereau, it’s a short walk to the 6 and 4 metro lines and RER B, with cafés and a grocery store close by too. The room was nice, including the bathroom and shower, but very small, with barely enough space to open our suitcases. That’s typical of this kind of Paris boutique hotel, though it’s good to know what to expect. The elevator is tiny, and you’ll need to climb at least one flight of stairs to reach the little lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. We left our bags before the room was ready, and when we came back they’d been taken up to our room. Breakfast had a limited selection, and with so much good food around the city, I didn’t think it was worth the price. I’d happily stay here again. Thanks for a lovely visit.

We were very satisfied with our stay and had a great time in Paris. Getting around was easy because a major metro station with several lines was so close, and restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets were only steps away. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and very helpful. Having luggage service was convenient too. My only small wish is that the room had a few more square meters. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, and there are plenty of cafés nearby as well as a metro stop. But the whole place felt compact, from the reception and elevator to the room and breakfast area. For the price, it wasn’t what I expected.
