The main problem here was security. Both my phone and my son's were stolen from the lobby, which is tiny, around 10 square meters. People could walk in from outside without any checks, then move freely into the back restaurant area. Groups of two or three were watching the place, and nobody on staff asked who they were. There seems to be no control over who enters or moves around the common areas. We told management right away and asked to see the camera footage. They said they couldn't show it to us, then later confirmed they'd reviewed it and the thief was clearly visible. Their only advice was to report it to the police. No manager got in touch, showed concern, or took responsibility. It's hard to find anyone in charge when there's a problem, and there was no real support. The rooms are also very small and don't offer basic comfort. After this, I don't feel the hotel is safe. Travelers who care about security and support should think carefully before booking in Paris.

I spent two nights here and felt comfortable and well looked after throughout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Mrs. Luciana deserves special thanks for her kindness and eye for detail, which really made a difference. I'd gladly come back on my next Paris trip and recommend the hotel.

Lucie was especially cheerful and friendly, and the rest of the staff were kind too. The room and bathroom were clean, and the room was medium-sized. I'd happily stay here again 👍

Paris' central sights are all reachable within 30 minutes. The hotel is in a great spot, close to the metro and lively streets, yet quiet. Staff were efficient and gentle.

The street was peaceful, but we were still close to everything. Staff were friendly. Our room was on the small side, though clean and equipped with what we needed, and the bed was comfortable.
