Hôtel Malte - Astotel

We stayed for eight days in April 2026, and the friendly, gracious staff made us feel very welcome. The room was beautiful, with heat and air conditioning that we could set to whatever temperature suited us. Breakfast had a great selection and was well worth the price. We’ll definitely be back. 💘❤️♥️💖

The breakfast had plenty of choice, and the free daytime snack bar was really handy. We were traveling with our toddler and had requested a crib ahead of time. It was all ready when we arrived, including a blanket and swaddle, which we appreciated. They also surprised us with welcome gifts: a water bottle, bag, champagne, and macarons. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, with no outside noise. The welcome lasted throughout our visit. It’s a fantastic family-friendly hotel in a great location, and we’d happily stay again.

The Malte hotel is close to the Louvre and Palais Royal, and we found the room very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the team was extremely friendly. Highly recommended. We had originally booked another Astotel, the Regent’s Garden, but they had an AC problem when we arrived. They offered to move us to Malte at no extra cost, even though it was more expensive, and arranged a free taxi to get us there.

The best perk was being able to drop into any of their other hotels around the city. It was so convenient to use a restroom, grab coffee, or pick up a snack while walking around Europe. I wish more hotel chains offered that. The staff here were outstanding, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel isn’t especially close to a metro station, but if you’re spending time near the Louvre, the location is great, about a six-minute walk away. There’s also a lot of Asian food around. I found a great ramen place, plus some unusual bakeries and tea shops worth a stop. I’d gladly stay here or at one of their other locations again.
