The gardens and rooftop views were beautiful, and there are elegant places to lounge throughout the hotel. Our room also had thoughtful touches, from the warmed bathroom towels to the slippers, chocolates, and fresh water left by the bed each night. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate. The hotel leans into grand luxury, and that’s part of its appeal. William from Guest Relations went above and beyond to arrange a private sunset proposal on the balcony for my sister and brother-in-law. He did everything he could to make it special, and we’re so grateful. I’d happily book again. One of my best hotel stays.

We’re already thinking about making this our home base next time we’re in Paris. The location is wonderful, with the Eiffel Tower right there when you step outside, and breakfast was lovely too. After an overnight flight, the staff got us checked in and to our room quickly. They were wonderful throughout and made us feel they could help make our Paris trip whatever we hoped it would be. From the moment you approach, the place feels like a private Parisian escape, wrapped in luxury and sophistication. It’s the kind of stay that stays with you.

We’d come back in a heartbeat. The rooms were very clean and well equipped, with large bathrooms, and the rest of the hotel had a fun atmosphere. Breakfast upstairs was great, and the bars had a cool vibe too. Nearly all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The concierge was the exception. I asked about transport options and he seemed put out, then wasn’t helpful at all. That felt odd for a concierge. The rooftop was closed when we visited in early August, though a lovely hostess let us take a look. We had two rooms, and both were comfortable.

I asked for a quiet room and got a lovely, peaceful space that exceeded what I expected. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive. The decor is stunning, with a luxurious feel and lots of care in the details. It made for a high-end stay where I felt like a celebrity. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. 💎
