We stayed here from 1/29-2/3, and it was one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays I've had. My friend and I could barely move around each other because the room was far smaller than advertised, and we already know how to manage efficient rooms. The bathroom was almost laughably small. The shower leaked onto the floor every day, so we went through loads of towels cleaning it up and wore shoes in there to keep our socks dry. There was dust on the shower head when I reached to adjust it. The cosmetic bottles looked used and worn, and I'm pretty sure they refill them instead of replacing them. The worst thing happened around midnight, when we found a rodent dropping on the bed. We had picture evidence. We alerted the front desk, and all they asked was whether we wanted to move rooms. Obviously we did. They moved us across the hall but offered no help, so moving our things took nearly an hour on our own. Nobody came to check on us. We tried daily to speak with a manager, but staff only said when she'd be in and seemed unaware of the mouse poop. They said they were “investigating” how it got there and suggested it might have fallen from the roof. They don't seem to take hazards like rodents in beds seriously, and there are much better places in Paris. I wouldn't recommend anyone spend their money here.

I spent over 40 days at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The rooms were comfortable, it was quiet, and the price was very good for the value. The location made it easy to get to the metro, buses, restaurants, bars and other services nearby. Staff were consistently excellent and made my stay much easier, especially since we could communicate in English.

The rooms are tiny, but that seems normal for Paris. They were clean, modern and up to date. The nearest metro station is only a two-minute walk, so getting around the city was easy. We had the best stay on our first visit to Paris and would happily come back.

Bad experience. They seem focused on making big profits instead of keeping customers satisfied. I don't recommend this hotel.
