Les Hauts de Passy - Trocadero Eiffel

The manager was a very nice person, and I'll never forget the kindness of someone who found my lost phone and called me so I could pick it up. The area felt very safe, and the location is ideal, close to the city centre and within walking distance of the major sights. There's a nice little pedestrian street with shops and restaurants right above, and McDonalds is only a 2 or 3 minute walk away. Breakfast is good too. The rooms are small, and ours was tiny. The elevator was tiny as well, some plugs were broken, and there were no plugs in the washroom or near the mirror, which made using my hair straightener difficult. WIFI was slow. Still, if you want to be near everything and stay somewhere safe, go for this hotel.

My favorite thing was opening the window and looking down at the narrow street, watching Parisians go about their day. The hotel has the charms of Paris and sits above a nice pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. The area feels less touristy, yet La Muette Metro is a short walk away. Rooms are small, and the elevator is tiny, so moving luggage through it was difficult. Otherwise, a nice little place in a perfect location.

The staff were polite, professional and always ready to help, and the welcome and customer service were excellent. This family run business is spotless clean, with a perfect location for shopping, sightseeing and business. There are great restaurants, patisseries, coffee, a shopping centre and markets nearby. It's near Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower, Passy and La Muette, with easy access to the tube station, buses and taxis. I highly recommend it. Thanks to everyone for a great stay.

For what I paid, the quality was disappointing. I got the last room in the garden, and it had no proper heating, only an air conditioner that apparently couldn't keep it above 19 degrees. I ended up sleeping in my jacket and cap.
