This was a pleasant, budget-friendly little hotel, and the staff were very nice and helpful. It’s an easy walk to Pernety Metro, so getting around was simple. The rooms are small, with a tiny wardrobe, and we had to keep our things in our suitcases instead of unpacking. There was a nice breakfast spread, although we didn’t try it. The main drawback was that the HVAC is shared between rooms. If some guests want AC while others want heat, it can’t do both, so we slept with the window open and hoped no pigeons would come in. Thankfully, that wasn’t an issue.

We slept well, and a charming boulangerie just around the corner was very convenient. The air conditioning was refreshing, and the elevator, though compact, worked fine. Towels could be fresher, as some were stained. Wi-Fi took a little while to connect, but ran smoothly once it did. A pleasant stay, and a solid 3-star experience. Thank you!

I was looking for somewhere clean and quiet near Metro 13, and Moulin Vert suited me perfectly. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff were polite and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay last weekend. The service was amazing, and our room was clean and spacious, especially for a big city, with all the basic necessities. It’s an easy walk to the Metro, in a quiet, charming part of Paris that’s still close to the tourist sights.
