10/10
The room was peaceful and restful, and the hotel is very close to Gare de Lyon train station, which was so convenient for getting in or leaving by train. I’m very happy with the stay and grateful for the warm welcome. Ahmed Parber at reception is a friendly young man. His smile and kindness warmed my heart, and you can tell he enjoys helping people. That kind of welcome is priceless.

The location felt convenient and safe, and the staff were friendly. Kyliann at the front desk was patient and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. He took the time to make sure our needs were met.
