We were there during the summer heat wave. Fans helped, and there was portable AC, but only part of the place had it and it helped in a very small space. I’d highly recommend adding four more portable AC units, two on each floor of the main unit, which would be useful for future guests. Otherwise everything was terrific. The accommodation is lovely, spacious, well decorated and clean, in a historical building, with a responsive host. The location is good, though we had to take the metro everywhere to reach the main Paris sites. There’s a fabulous Pâtisserie across the street and plenty of good restaurants nearby.

A charming, spacious apartment with Parisian flair, and spotlessly clean. It was great for our big group, right in the middle of a very cool neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. Maison Chanzy is an incredible gem. We loved staying here and would come back!

Everything was clean and the house itself was beautiful. We had an amazing family trip here. It’s in a very chill area, though if you want to party, you only have to walk about 10 minutes.

I found the different suite themes, covering travel, culture and history, really cool. The suites are very comfortable, and the place is stunning and central. Five-star experience for me. I’ll go back!

We were delighted to be upgraded to the family suite, where we stayed with our baby. We loved the authentic decor, the cozy rooms and shared spaces with their old-fashioned touch, all very well maintained. The shared kitchen was spacious and well equipped, and we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paris. The neighborhood is great, and Sophie and Nathalie provided wonderful, high-level service. Maison Chanzy is a real rare gem. Charming, unique places like this hardly exist in Paris, so shhh, don’t tell anyone so it stays a secret :)
