Mama Shelter Paris West

I had a great three-night stay. The bedroom was quite large and had really nice interiors. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning came with a beautiful view over Paris. The rooftop also works as a restaurant and bar, so you can have lunch or dinner there too.

The air-conditioning had some hiccups when we checked in, but several staff members made the stay special. Haider sorted out my request and helped me sleep better. At breakfast, Ilakya always greeted us with a smile and asked how our stay and breakfast were going. She’s such a lovely person. Pramila was a joy to see when we entered the breakfast area. She was poised, welcoming, and checked in on us at the table. Her recommendations for places to visit were a great help. Amandine at the front desk was patient and helpful with my questions, and her friendly manner put us at ease right away. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and the interiors gave it a lovely feel. The rooms are spacious enough for a large group. The rooftop restaurant has a great view, and you can see the Eiffel Tower from there.

We stopped by the hotel’s rooftop restaurant for a relaxed Saturday drink, and things were pleasant until a waiter abruptly told us we had to leave our table in an hour and a half. We’d already been seated for exactly that long, having drinks and light bites. The way he said it felt needlessly rude and dismissive, which left a disappointing end to an otherwise nice visit.
