The cleaning was really poor, and the staff's attention was bad. We found a mouse inside the department.

The location deserves five stars, but I'd give the place two at best. We paid 2900 for four nights, and the basic details you'd expect from somewhere called Luxury Louvre just weren't there. The kitchen had no napkins, the cups were all glass and easy for kids to break, and the sink was so small that washing dishes sent water all over the sofa. There were cutting boards for charcuterie but only butter knives, so we couldn't cut a Baguette. None of the restrooms had shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. There were three washer-dryers but no detergent, and we were told not to use the two upstairs. The heated floors never warmed up, the trash can was broken, and drilling on the second floor started at 8AM every morning. The stairs wobbled and seemed easy to fall down, so be careful with small kids. The jacuzzi was a big reason we chose it, especially after spending three full days walking around Disney, but it had been turned into a kid ball pen. There is literally no useable JACUZZI, so don't BOOK if that's why you want this property. Instead, the place focused on things that didn't matter much to us, like a 3D movie screen and game consoles for kids, which tourists out all day probably won't use. Our host told us to do a basic clean-up by loading the dishwasher and taking off the sheets before the cleaning ladies came in. Then the host sent a WhatsApp message saying we had to leave at 10 am sharp, with actual exclamation points, and clean up ourselves. The property was falsely advertised, and the host specifically asked us for a 10 star review or no review at all. Wow. Don't stay here, you won't regret it.

This Airbnb has four beds and four Baths, with space suitable for two families of four. It's very close to Chalet de Halles metro, a large Westfield shopping centre, and lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops. I'd recommend it.

Everything in the apartment was amazing. What a lovely place!

We had a very pleasant couple of nights in the apartment. The welcome was really friendly, and the beds were comfortable. It was fully equipped, quiet, and impeccably clean. You can hear the metro in the morning, but otherwise there isn't any noise. Ideally located, too. I'd highly recommend it for a stay with friends or family; everything you need for a great time is there.
