NEW Paradis 2 Flats in Heart of Paris

I had a sudden health issue during my stay, and the team helped me through it. Mr. Lahoucine in particular gave me incredible support, and I felt genuinely cared for at a difficult time. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Their professionalism and care made the stay reassuring as well as pleasant. I’d gladly come back and can’t recommend the hotel enough.

Roman spent time giving us lots of guidance and local advice, which was very helpful and much appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is ideally located and very convenient.

The walls are extremely thin, so be prepared to hear your neighbours showering at 2am. Still, the staff were lovely and the location was ideal: a 25-minute walk from the Louvre and 15 minutes from gare du nord. There are plenty of metro stations nearby too, with good connections if you don’t want to walk.

The reception and lobby restroom look modern and very clean, but the rooms didn’t come close to that standard. We spent Christmas at Hotel Paradis Paris, and the stay was negative from start to finish. The friendly staff were the only good part, and they really did try their best. Our first room, 101, was on the ground floor. It had no real window, a terrible smell from the bathroom, and awful cleanliness. Being right beside the breakfast area meant we could smell breakfast from around 6:00 a.m. The walls were thin and it was incredibly noisy. After a horrible first night, we asked to move. We got a complimentary upgrade to room 405 on the fourth floor. The bathroom no longer smelled, and the window looked onto the courtyard, but the room still wasn’t acceptable. The glasses were filthy enough that you could taste dust in the water. Overall cleanliness was poor again, the room was noisy and badly soundproofed, the furniture was worn, and the carpet was disgusting. It’s absolutely not worth it. It doesn’t feel like a paradise, more like a run-down hostel. Save yourself the stress and stay away.
