Novotel Paris Les Halles Hotel

The breakfast isn't included, but I highly recommend it. There's a good mix of European and American options, with lots of French pastries, fruit, meats, cheese, and coffee. Staff were very nice and accommodating with different languages. The air conditioning was wonderful in the hot weather, and I enjoyed the afternoon ice cream and the ice and water station near the rooms. The hotel is across the street from restaurants and the metro, though it can be a little hard to find. It's about 30 minutes from the city centre and the Eiffel Tower, but still not too far from most places. I'd definitely recommend Novotel for your next stay.

Gabryelle was friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I had a question or needed a hand. She made me feel welcome and helped the stay go smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place had a pleasant feel. Staff in general were attentive and the service remained good throughout. I'd gladly stay again and recommend the hotel.

After speaking with the manager, we changed rooms and got good air conditioning and a proper bathroom. We also received good recommendations for bars and restaurants in the Las Helles area. Before that, it was no AC, bad food, poor service, and dirty floors for $800 a night. There was no bathroom privacy since you could see into it from the bedrooms, which was super weird for a family. Breakfast outdoors was full of smokers, so good luck enjoying it. The Metro is right below.

Its location in the heart of Paris, just steps from the main attractions, was perfect.
