The managers and front desk staff were kind and apologized more than once. Jessica also left a thoughtful note, chocolates, and bath toys for our baby. That was sweet, but we wouldn’t have needed the gesture if the rooms had worked properly. We spent four nights here in February, and the first room had a toilet flush that barely worked. A technician made it worse, then supposedly fixed it again, but it started leaking and stopped working altogether. After we reported it at the desk that evening, the manager moved us to another room. We appreciated the extra space for our family and a shower that was easier for my 70 year old mother to use than a tub. The second room’s thermostat was faulty and it was too warm for us and our 9 month old. Another technician came the next day, listened, smiled, then abruptly left. We weren’t sure anything had been done, and that night we were sweating and worried about the baby overheating. My husband complained around 2am. The night manager apologized and got another technician to try to fix it. It improved a little, but not much, and the technician brought us a room fan that didn’t work at all. The technicians seemed incompetent, despite the politeness of the managers and reception staff. The hotel is overpriced and missing basic things a room should have, so sadly I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

Fernando stood out for his kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness, and helped make our stay memorable. The staff overall were helpful and professional, and everything went smoothly. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless and well cared for. Pullman Montparnasse is also conveniently placed for public transport and exploring Paris. We highly recommend it for its comfort, welcoming feel, and good location.

Fernando was especially warm and kind, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. The hotel itself is stylish and modern, with clean, spacious rooms, lovely design, comfortable beds, and great views across Paris. Everything felt well maintained and high quality. Breakfast was a great start to the day, with plenty of fresh pastries, hot and cold choices, and very good coffee. It was well organized too. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The sky bar was a highlight, with a great view, refreshing cocktails, and an energizing set by DJ Eliyo. We had a wonderful time in Paris celebrating my husband’s anniversary, and the hotel made the stay feel special. Romane deserves a thank you for decorating our room so thoughtfully. We arrived to champagne, delicious chocolates, and a lovely welcome letter with warm wishes. We really appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail. Highly recommend it for a romantic, thoughtful stay in Paris.

Seeing the city from so high up was peaceful and beautiful, and the view from our room was something I won’t forget. Everyone was polite, caring, and supportive. I loved the stay, and the Kidd family is grateful to Pullman.
