One star is the lowest I can give. The room my parents were told wasn't ready was filthy when they were finally let in: dirty towels everywhere, a dirty bed, and a dirty bathroom. The service is terrible, and they're saying they have to cancel through Booking.com because they can't do it themselves. This place is disgusting. They shouldn't be putting people's health at risk, even if someone is only passing through or needs a place to sleep.

At 14 mq, this is a small apartment, but it has a little kitchen with a tiny fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and pots and pans. The bathroom was good, with a large shower. The heater is automatic and adjustable, and you can switch it off if needed. Getting in was fine, with an entrance on the right and several codes to use. There are convenience stores like Carrefour around the building, and Tour Eiffel is a 20-minute walk away. If you're young, it's a perfect place to stay.

A good choice for a short stay, the apartment was very clean, had all the useful amenities, and was fairly close to the tour Eiffel. The agency was welcoming and helpful.

The decor and location make the apartment a great pick for one night. It was well equipped.

Breakfast never arrived, so I checked out without eating. This is an apartment, and I was told it would be brought to the door between 8 and 9am. I waited until 10, then called. They said the breakfast provider couldn't find the apartment and promised to send it again. I waited by the building entrance until 11:30, but nobody showed up, even though the apartment staff said the delivery person was there. Avoid this place. I'm still waiting for compensation.
