The front entrance door broke and trapped people inside the building, which caused some to panic. In my room, someone unlocked and opened the door in the middle of the night. Customer service contacted me and said they’d change the code, but they never did. When I returned on the second day, someone had been in the room and left the door open. I didn’t feel safe staying here.

It was clean and comfortable, just really cramped.

The price is very affordable and the location is convenient. There’s also an amazing bakery called Leony in the building. It was comfortable, and the metro noise wasn’t nearly as bothersome as some other comments made it sound.

I had a great stay, even though the reviews had made me nervous. The room was clean, and the location was good. I called beforehand to check on the entry codes and received them two hours earlier than expected. The train station is right below, so you do hear it, but I didn’t find the noise too bad. I asked to add a night and got a quick reply from staff. The one thing that didn’t work was the shampoo and soap dispenser in the shower.

I wasn’t looking forward to staying here after reading some of the reviews, but the place turned out to be super clean. I thought it was well located for Parc des Princes. You can hear traffic and the metro, sure, but it’s Paris, so it didn’t bother me much.
