Studio Villa Anglaise - APPART EVASION

The villa is attractive and set in a park, with a Casino supermarket right across from it, which is handy. But I was disappointed because it wasn't what I expected from the Hotel. Com listing. The room has no microwave, just an electric oven, a cooktop, a kettle and a coffee maker. The TV is fixed to the bedroom wall, so you have to stay in bed to watch it. None of the windows have curtains, so for privacy you need to keep the shutters closed, with the neighbors all around. It was also very noisy: people spoke loudly in the lobby and hallway, ran and stomped on the indoor wooden stairs, and slammed doors.

This old, elegant building has a certain charm, and the studio on the ground floor is modern and well equipped. It has a living area, kitchen, bedroom, toilet and workspace. Parking is right in front, and the city center is close by car. A good choice for a short visit.

I loved staying at the villa Anglaise. It’s a small, cozy place, comfortable, calm and private. I could cook the dishes I like, and having a supermarket across the street was handy. 100 out of 100.

Everything is laid out thoughtfully, and it works for a short stay. The location is great if you want somewhere peaceful, though the place is cramped and not a good fit for older people or anyone with limited mobility.
