For a weekend away, we stayed at Nemea Appart’Hotel La Boëtie Bordeaux Pessac. The room was clean and roomy, with a balcony, and the staff were really friendly. The price was very reasonable too. It’s in Pessac rather than Bordeaux, though the tram makes the city center easy to reach.
I spent a week here while looking for an apartment in Bordeaux. I’d worried that my French wouldn’t be good enough, but it wasn’t an issue at all, since the welcoming staff could speak with me in English. I also had breakfast each morning, with plenty of choices and every item tasting great. The hotel is near University of Bordeaux Campus Pessac and Campus Peixitto. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting for a stop.
The bus and tram stops right outside make getting around the city really easy. I especially liked the breakfast, the AC and the co-working space. Rooms are bright and spacious.
A neat place for a quiet holiday and some proper rest. The receptionists were respectful and welcoming.
