Palm Hotel and Spa

We’ll definitely come back. The place is small, quiet, and tucked away on a hill above Grande Anse beach, with beautiful views. There’s no direct access to the beach, but the two pools are great, and one is partly heated. The rooms are lovely and close to modern standards. Staff are very friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, and the prices feel fair. The one downside was all the birds at the breakfast buffet. It wasn't very appetizing.

A relaxing, very private spot with nice rooms and a good spa. We had an issue with the AC, but the service was very good.

The cliffside setting and views deserve five stars, and the food at Kah was good. But a lot of other things really dragged down our stay. I'm mentioning them for future guests and in case management can improve them. There were noises from the refrigerator, water dispenser, and possibly other things in the room. The dispenser also gave off light. Having to unplug appliances to sleep well shouldn't be necessary. The fan in my room was broken, and I reported it the first minute we walked in. It was never fixed. The gym was dismal. I asked about a foam roller on the very first day of our 5-day stay. Someone said they'd check, then never got back to me. This hotel and island attract a lot of hikers, so it seems like an essential item, and Decathlon sells them for €10. I also saw loose screws on the main technogym equipment. The kids area was just as underwhelming. The outdoor jacuzzi has incredible views, but the water was tepid and not pleasant. When I brought it up, someone suggested it could be a sustainability issue, which made no sense to me. Either keep it properly hot during busy times or don't have one. I tried the steam room instead, and the handle came completely off the door. Shockingly shabby. At breakfast, birds swarmed and pecked at your food if you left a plate to get something else from the buffet. Laundry prices were extortionate.

We stayed six nights with the family and had a great room, plus a very good breakfast. The restaurant was very good too. The gardens are lovely and well kept, and the location is OK. Best of all was the staff, who were really friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
