Breakfast was delicious, and our host was so welcoming, with plenty of good suggestions for restaurants and things to do nearby. The rooms were lovely and well cared for, and the peaceful setting suited us perfectly. Our family of four especially liked the large separate bedroom for the children. We’d definitely recommend this place.

Rebecca was lovely and so helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Le Chai de Marguerite has an elegant feel, with modern conveniences in rooms that make you feel like you’re in a French chateau. The small courtyard opens onto a bigger garden, almost like a scene from an old French film.
10/10
The garden and pool are amazing, and the spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are beautifully decorated. Rebecca is a friendly, helpful host, and speaks fluent French and English. There’s plenty to see and do around Minervois, and I’d love to come back!

It was so peaceful, and the welcome was wonderful. The place is stylish and elegant, and stepping inside felt like being transported to Victorian times. I was pleasantly surprised by the many plastic-free details, around 90%, which I hadn’t seen mentioned. Highly recommend!

Go and enjoy the lovely feel of the rooms and the friendliness of Philippe and Pascal. A must-visit.
