We had a relaxed lunch and I chose the Assiette du Bistrot. It came with two lovely local hams, two local goat cheeses, dessert, and three kinds of local wine, all included in the menu. A great place. I’m planning to return and stay at the hotel.

The shaded, tree-lined courtyard was a lovely calm spot to unwind, and the host was friendly and attentive throughout. We were warmly welcomed and the service was impeccable. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and generous, made with high-quality ingredients. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a private shower and toilet, which was a real plus. The only small drawbacks were the carpeting in the rooms and no air conditioning. They didn’t take away from the charm or the quality of our weekend stay. A wonderful place I’d happily recommend.

We came back on May 1st after being so pleased with our first visit, and this stay was just as good, maybe even better. The evening meal was a treat, and breakfast was lovely too. The room was exceptionally comfortable, all for an unbeatable price. Ingrid and her husband really make the Relais du Château special. They’re warm, thoughtful, welcoming, and always available. This is an address to remember, and a place that leaves you with lasting memories.

After a long day of moving, we were welcomed so warmly. Huge thanks to Ingrid for her hospitality. The rooms were clean and had their own distinctive decor, and dinner of galettes and crêpes was fantastic. The homemade yogurt at breakfast was a lovely extra. We highly recommend staying here and wish you all the best in Oiron. Thank you!
