The staff were nice and it was cheap, but the room reeked of weed and the toilets were disgraceful.

The room was alright, and the bed was clean, but the TV clock showed the wrong time and confused me at night. On arrival, the self-service kiosk wasn't working, so I had to wait for someone to provide my room number and code. The hallways also smelled strongly of cigarettes and stale tobacco. Is this meant to be a non-smoking hotel?

The €43 price felt far too high for what was on offer. The shared shower floor was disgusting, and in my room the soundproofing was nonexistent. It was dirty, smelled strongly of hashish, had a broken television, and the window handle was damaged. I can see that some guests are satisfied, but I wasn't. The appealing price seems aimed at a certain clientele who are very, very easily pleased. I hadn't stayed in this kind of place for years, and now I won't again.
