Le Roc e Fiori Hotel

The common area feels really homey, with foosball, a pool table, and a small bar. It's a small, efficient place, and the bathroom is modern and stylish.

The room itself is decent, which makes the noise problem a shame. The walls are so thin that when the neighbors shower, you can hear it so loudly it feels like water is dripping on you. They also charge 2 euros to park a bicycle in the garage. It's not a lot, but it comes across as a bit stingy.

At least the breakfast was included, and it was a good thing. The rest of the experience was terrible: our room had no fridge, and arriving on Sunday at 1pm, we found reception closed until 3pm. The number posted there only played a pre-recorded message saying the same. When we returned, the main street was closed and the hotel offered no help with parking. We spent 45 minutes trying to park, despite being only 200meters away. Communication was difficult because they couldn't understand English or Italian, which was unacceptable. We were told the street closure was a one-off, but the same thing happened the next day, without any warning.

The rooms were quiet, and breakfast was worth paying for. It's a nice little hotel in a great spot, with staff who were friendly and helpful. There was a strange smell in the room at first, though it wasn't too bad.
