The staff and owner were lovely, and they helped us with our French so we didn't feel out of place. The locals were chatty too. There’s seating outside and inside, and the cafe and hotel sit right in the village centre, close to local shops and parking. They have a good choice of drinks, including draft beer, plus several set menus. Pizzas are available to eat in or take away for about €10 each, enough for two people or one hungry person. Staying there costs around €60 for two, with dinner, bed and breakfast options as well.

The room was comfortable, quiet and nice. We were able to stay even though the hotel was closed that day, after we couldn't find somewhere else. They also served us a delicious dinner with wine and a cheese plate.
