With temperatures at 37°C, we were hoping for a cool, comfortable room, but the air conditioning in ours wasn't working. Staff offered another room where they'd already switched on the AC for us to test, yet it was even hotter. When we asked if there was another option, the man at reception got visibly angry, raised his voice, and insisted there was air conditioning and that we should “just open a window.” His response felt hostile and intimidating, and was completely unprofessional. We felt extremely uncomfortable, and the experience ruined our stay. If you're expecting a comfortable, air-conditioned room and respectful service, don't stay here. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The ocean view was wonderful, and so was the breakfast and service. Our sailing crew stayed here for one night and got a warm welcome. The rooms were very nice, and this is a beautiful part of the world. Highly recommended. Hi Alberto, it’s Costa here.

The woman handling check-in and breakfast was so friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel is an easy walk from the center, with plenty of restaurants close by. Our sea-view room looked out over the bay, though the parking lot and boatyard were in front of the hotel. It was small, but clean and perfectly adequate. Breakfast was a very limited buffet. I’d recommend staying here; the price is fair for what you get.

The staff made the stay, friendly and helpful throughout. It’s a short walk into town, where there’s a great choice of restaurants. Our room had a fantastic view, and the WiFi was good. The air conditioning worked well, too. Free parking was a real plus for our motorbikes.

My room was comfortable and very clean, and the terrace was lovely. Breakfast was good, too. The view is very nice, and the location is great. There’s parking, which is worth having all by itself.
