I got three hours of sleep and paid €80. The hotel was so noisy I could hear the people next door talking, doors slamming, and someone showering every 30 minutes. There’s no security or staff on site, and smokers were outside until 1am, then starting again at 5am. Smoke came straight into the room, and I couldn’t open the blinds because people walked past the window. The rooms had no air and no air conditioning. The staircase inside the room is almost vertical, dangerous for children and adults. If you fell, you’d break your neck, and that wouldn’t be allowed for safety in the United Kingdom. The hotel is very run down. I stayed at BnB in Jean-de-luz a few nights earlier and it was a very nice hotel. This is a bad motel. BnB should sell it to protect their brand. Avoid.

We were very happy with our clean room and comfortable bed, and Sebastian, the Manager, was really helpful. Breakfast usually starts at 7.30 am, but on our last morning he had the food ready early so we could get on the road for the ferry. We’ll definitely stay at B&B Hotels again.

Sebastian, the manager, was excellent and very helpful 👍🏼. Breakfast was available, and the hotel and its surroundings were clean and tidy. Our room was nice, with a comfortable bed. We’ll definitely stay again.☆☆☆☆☆

The rooms feel a bit claustrophobic because they’re so small, but they were clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. The location near the motorway exit worked perfectly, and we really appreciated the gated private parking. The automatic reception was a great idea for guests arriving late at night.

A comfortable bed, a good shower, friendly staff, parking, and a fair price. I’d stay here again.
