KOSY Appart’Hôtels – Le Champ de Mars

I needed somewhere to live while studying at Reims, so I stayed at KOSY from August to December. The apartment had enough space for me to live alone and have up to two people over. It came with dishes, a coffee machine, a tea pot, and a small TV. There's a big mirror by the entrance, handy for checking your outfit before heading out. The location was great, a 15-minute walk to the city centre and 10 minutes to Gare de Reims. You can catch a TGV there and be in Paris in just 45 minutes. The staff were one of the best parts of Kosy. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and Madame Pyron at reception speaks French and English, which is a plus if your French isn't very good or you don't speak it at all. There’s a common room where you can watch TV and eat if you don't want to stay in your apartment. As a student, I had a great experience and found the price really enjoyable. Other student residences can charge abusive prices and overcharge for dumb things. Having dishes included saved me a lot on pots, frying pans, cutlery, and the like. There's also a student rental price and a 30€ electricity credit. If you're responsible and behave yourself, you'll be fine. Don't hesitate to stay at KOSY!! 🩷🩷

The rooms are good value for anyone on a budget and come with a kitchenette. There's secure parking, and the location is great, right next door to G H Mumm for anyone who likes champagne.

The two-room, two-bath setup was good value for a family trip. The second room had a futon that was perfect for our kid, and the main bed was decent. The room itself was fine. The shower was small, but the water was hot. The TV was tiny, though we didn't watch it. Breakfast is available if you reserve it the day before. The location is a little off the path, but still close enough to walk to the city centre, and Mumm is across the street.

Lyne at reception was always there to answer our questions and was very helpful. The Christmas market was about a 10-minute walk away, with the city center another 10 minutes beyond it. This is the best apartment hotel near the center.
