Avoid this place! There's no soundproofing, so your neighbor feels practically in the room with you. It's noisy, the room is damp, and opening the window puts you within a meter of the neighbor.

On the 3rd floor, we could hear the neighbors talking and there was a lot of noise from the water pipes. The apartment had no equipment.

The rental was very clean and well located in Riberac. It's a shame the toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Good, but I have to say this quickly.
