There’s secure parking behind the hotel, and a lift connects it to reception and the rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the reception staff gave us a really warm welcome. Brasserie Gustav nearby is a good restaurant, too.

For the price, it’s a nice hotel. The receptionist, Julia, or a similar name, was very helpful.

The staff were very welcoming, but the air-conditioning installation work made a lot of noise. From 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., we couldn’t stay in our room. We weren’t told about the work when we booked, and only found out after arriving and paying full price. Had we known, we wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. They should have been upfront about it, and even offered a discount since we couldn’t use the room during the day.

Nathan at reception made the two-week business stay especially pleasant. He was always cheerful, ready with a friendly word, and happy to share information. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with good bedding. Breakfast was a treat first thing in the morning, with a generous, good-quality selection that included local products, and Johana’s smile to greet you. A great place to stay in Rodez.
