Appart'city Paris Collection Paris Roissy CDG Airport

This was an unplanned visit, but I’d come back and look for these hotels elsewhere in France and around the world. The management was clearly excellent, and the staff were extremely well trained, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m not sure whether the person we dealt with was the owner or a manager, but he was always around and very attentive. He did a marvelous job with his staff across several interactions. An A+ plus plus for this place.

We booked the family suite and were surprised by how great it was. The kids got four fun bunk bed pods, each with its own little shelf and book light, and I was jealous because I wanted to sleep in one too! There was loads of space in the rest of the room, with lots of amenities, even a tiny dishwasher. A comfortable, classy room for a good price.

The kids loved the bunk beds and games room, and the room itself was amazing. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help. Our little boy had an upset tummy the day before we left, and they put us at ease. Thank you so much for everything. We’ll definitely be back xxx

There are plenty of restaurants a short walk away, though the quality varies. The new hotel itself is nice, and check-in was smooth and easy. Check-out wasn’t as nice. It’s relatively close to the trade show, but public transport is lacking. Uber makes getting around easier.
