B&B HOTEL Paris Roissy CDG Aéroport

Air France gave us accommodation after our connecting flight was diverted and left us stranded overnight with a toddler. I suppose we were lucky to get a room, but it’s hard to feel that way about this “hotel.” We had to ask for an extra towel, and they were reluctant to give us one. There were no extra pillows. The “crib” was a playpen with no mattress, so our child couldn’t sleep in it. The floor was questionably clean, and the only toiletries provided were hand soap and body wash. More were available to buy at a premium, so I made a round trip of about 30 minutes to the local Carrefour to get toothbrushes and other things. There was no mini fridge to keep the child’s milk cold. Dinner was covered with a voucher for a nearby buffet. The bed may have been queen size, but felt smaller, and we all ended up resting there since the child couldn’t sleep in what they provided. It was a really bad experience for us. The one perk is that it’s 10 minutes from the airport.

The corridors don’t look great, but the rooms are actually fine, with a comfortable bed, two towels and a small hairdryer. It’s fine for one night and about what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. Air France uses it for some canceled or delayed flights. I wouldn’t pay €9.50 for breakfast. It’s just cereal, yogurt, bread with no toaster, and some pain au chocolats.

I missed my connecting flight and stayed here for one night. It’s basic but comfortable, in a nice, quiet area where I could take a relaxing evening walk. Breakfast was nice, and dinner was at the Golden Tulip restaurant, just a minute’s walk from the hotel.

The room condition was appalling and, in my view, unfit for habitation. The toilet was out of order, and the ventilation and heating unit was covered in thick black, oily grime and dust. I believe breathing air from such a filthy system is a genuine health risk. B&B Hotels heavily advertises a “Money Back & Guest Guarantee.” I showed manager Nessrine clear evidence of these problems, but she refused to honor it. Head Office has also ignored my correspondence. I have formally escalated the matter to the French authorities: SignalConso (DGCCRF) for misleading commercial practices and breach of guarantee, Roissy Town Hall (Service Hygiène) to request a formal sanitary inspection, and the ARS (Health Agency) about air quality and hygiene violations. I’ve kept my invoice and all photographic evidence to support these official claims, and expect a full refund for this unacceptable stay. I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel at 17 Allée du Verger. Stayed: February 2026.
