Hôtel Inn Paris CDG Airport

Stains in several parts of the room, including on the pillows, made me uncomfortable and kept me from sleeping well. The hotel cleanliness wasn't up to par. I hope they pay closer attention to cleanliness and improve the service.

The hotel is a convenient option near the airport, especially if you arrive late or have an early flight and need somewhere comfortable for the night. The food was good, with decent vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, and Indian dishes were available too, which was a plus. For central Paris or the Eiffel Tower, allow about an hour to get there. An Uber can cost around €45-€60 depending on the time.

Cash was stolen from my room by the cleaning staff while we were out on a tour. They went through everyone's luggage, and took half the cash from my bag, apparently thinking I wouldn't notice. A few Swiss francs (CHF) were taken too. Hotel management did nothing. Be aware of this property. If this happens to you, file a police complaint ASAP.

The shuttle to the airport comes only every 45 minutes, and my room was very cold. Turning on the heat made no difference. The property was also quite unclean, and there wasn't even toilet paper in my room when I arrived. The photos are incredibly misleading and don't show the actual condition of the property or bedrooms. At checkout I overheard another guest raising similar cleanliness concerns, so this didn't seem isolated. This might be acceptable in an emergency for a very short stay, but I regret not choosing somewhere else. Based on my experience, it doesn't meet four-star standards.
